Why Mass Testing is OK, but not Enough

WHY MASS TESTING -DESPITE ITS IMPORTANCE - IS OK but NOT at the expense of proper patient care and isolation facilities or PPE.

After reading the post of Dr. Edsel Maurice Salvana (thanks for the relevant facts and insights that you share with us), I was enlightened why the Infectious Diseases Society of America DOES NOT recommend mass testing and why, for him TESTING is NOT the most important thing. He is OK with testing to INFORM us with the number of cases, but NOT at the expense of proper patient care and isolation facilities or PPE.

Hence, i made this diagram based on the pertinent points that he has discussed.
