Registered Psychologist Michael Jimenez conducted Customer Service Excellence Training for Administration and Staff of Silang Specialist Medical Center. The training day aimed to improve the customer service orientation of the participants.
Jimenez emphasized the importance of the recurring concepts on customer excellence : Listen, Empathize, Apologize, Discuss, Solve.
Participants were encouraged to know their strengths and weaknesses in terms of addressing customer service concerns and how these strategies can be used to deliver excellent customer service
